A Phoenix man was sentenced to a combined 19.5 years in prison on cases of drug trafficking and child sexual exploitation.

Adam Clift was sentenced April 9 to 7 years on drug trafficking charges and 12.5 years along with lifetime supervised probation on two counts of sexual exploitation of a child, according to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.

“Trafficking methamphetamine and other illicit drugs across state lines is a serious crime, but possessing child sexual abuse material is unconscionable,” said Attorney General Kris Mayes in a statement. “My office will never stop fighting to hold offenders like Adam Clift accountable. We will not tolerate those who harm our communities and exploit children.”
