In a lead-up to Mother’s Day, Prada Scottsdale is turning celebration into impact with an exclusive shopping event benefiting Scottsdale nonprofit Mother’s Grace.
From 10 a.m.-2 p.m. April 24 at Prada Scottsdale, 7014 E. Camelback Road, attendees can “shop with intention, with a portion of proceeds directly supporting mothers and families navigating crises,” according to a release.
Working with over 33 partner organizations worldwide, Mother’s Grace has supported over 3,000 families, built prenatal care and housing facilities in Arizona, India, and Africa, and extended its reach to families across 20 states, all while keeping 85% of its funding focused on Arizona, the group said.
Through this work, the organization says it “delivers both immediate financial relief and long-term support, helping mothers facing unexpected hardship regain stability and move forward with dignity.”
The fundraiser aims to “blend elevated style with real-world impact, offering guests a meaningful way to give back through every purchase.”
A portion of proceeds will support mothers and families in crisis.

“This time of year is about celebrating moms, including showing up for the ones who need it most,” said Michelle Moore, founder of Mother’s Grace.
“There are so many mothers quietly carrying more than they should have to, and something as simple as a purchase at an event like this can truly change a family’s path in a meaningful way.”
The Prada event is part of a larger Mother’s Day campaign by Mother’s Grace that includes additional ways for the community to get involved.
A second shopping event with Veronica Beard on May 2 will continue the momentum, along with organization’s WIND program, which grants wishes that provide support for a mother’s “Wish, Inspiration, Need, or Debt.”
“Together, these initiatives create multiple pathways for individuals to give back during a season centered on honoring mothers,” a spokeswoman noted.
For people who can’t make the event, there are other of ways to help.
“Mother’s Grace welcomes community support year-round through donations, volunteer work, and local partnerships that keep its programs thriving,” the spokeswoman said.
People can fund direct grants, relief programs, and resources for mothers in crisis or offer their time or expertise to help local families rebuild stability.
Mother’s Grace also encourages others to host their own community initiatives or share its mission on social media or through email invitations.
“Mother’s Grace has spent more than a decade empowering women to move from crisis to confidence, one act of kindness, one community partner, and one mother at a time,” the spokeswoman said.
“This Mother’s Day season, through partnerships like Prada Scottsdale, that mission continues to grow, proving that the most meaningful gifts are the ones that give back.
