As we get close to the end of the season schedule at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, one race looks to end July with a bang. The Brickyard 400 returns on July 27.
It’s the 22nd race of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series, with Indiana being one of many states holding events. All races lead to the playoffs starting in August.
One of the most prestigious races on the NASCAR calendar, the Brickyard 400 started in 1994. Given its status, it’s only fitting that the race is at the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which opened in 1909.
The race will take place on the oval, covering a distance of over 400 miles.
