Occupants of the car fled the scene before police arrived.
PHOENIX — On Saturday, right before 10:00 p.m., the Phoenix Police Department was dispatched to a crash with injuries.
The call detailed a car on fire that had struck a building near 7th and Glenrosa avenues. The Phoenix Fire Department arrived and extinguished the fire. No one inside the building was injured, officials said.
The occupants of the car fled the scene before police arrived, according to witnesses. During the investigation, officers found a man with injuries. The fire department transported him to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
This is still an active investigation.
