SAN ANTONIO – An elderly man is left with life-threatening injuries following a stabbing in the city’s Northeast side, with a woman arrested for the incident.
The incident took place early Sunday, around 3:10 a.m., on the 1200 block of Art Wall Way. When SAPD officers arrived at the scene after reports of a cutting in progress, they learned the victim and another witness had been involved in a physical altercation when a woman intervened and allegedly stabbed the man with a sharp object.
Police said the victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The suspect was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
