Houston-based ice cream shop Cosmic Ice Cream Co. is opening a new location this spring, according to the company’s website.

The brand currently has locations in the Bay Area, Spring Branch and Pearland and has begun construction on the Bellaire location, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
The new 1,164 square-foot location is located in the Bellaire Triangle Shopping Center, the filing states.
On the menu
Cosmic Ice Cream Co. serves flavors including vanilla bean, strawberries and cream, salted caramel, toasted coconut and banana pudding, among other flavors, as previously reported by Community Impact.
Additionally, the store offers seasonal flavors, which currently include thin mint and lemon blueberry shortbread, according to the website.
All ice cream flavors are made in-house and inspired by owners Camille and Julian Haynes’ travels, family recipes and childhood memories, as well as customers’ ideas.
