Circulate submitted a letter in support of the City of San Diego’s request for funding from the United States Department of Transportation Fiscal Year 2026 Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program for the Safe Intersections Project. The Safe Intersections Project will install roundabouts, median islands, and crosswalk visibility enhancements, along with street lighting, to slow traffic and increase safety for all road users.
