HUNTINGTON PARK, CA — Authorities on Tuesday asked for the public’s help finding a 6-year-old girl who has been missing from Los Angeles County for nearly a month.

Camila Ontiveros Martos was last seen at around 4:30 p.m. on April 21 near California and Grand avenues in Huntington Park, just south of downtown Los Angeles, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Camila was with 35-year-old Joel Olivas. Authorities did not describe the relationship between the two, but labeled Olivas as a suspect in Camila’s disappearance.

The California Highway Patrol on Tuesday issued an Endangered Missing Person Advisory across five Southern California counties.

Camila was described as 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 50 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Olivas was described as 6 feet tall and weighing about 137 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about either person’s whereabouts was asked to call 911.
