he One Scottsdale mixed used development near Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 could soon look very different at than originally planned.
The Scottsdale Planning Commission unanimously voted during its May 13 meeting to recommend the developer’s request to eliminate nearly 1.4 million-square-feet of commercial space and add 350 condominiums along Scottsdale Road.
The switch also allows for a possible third hotel, with up to 113 rooms, to be added to a 27-acre portion of the larger, 130-acre development.
