Scattered storms swept across the Fort Worth area on Sunday, May 24, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flash flood warning for the region.
Footage taken by local storm chaser Chad Casey shows heavy rain at his home in Weatherford, a timelapse of storm clouds moving through the area, and a vivid sunset following the storm.
“There really is nothing better than a literal backyard chase!” Casey wrote on X.
