1:30 p.m. update: Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesperson Jason Evans said units were dispatched to the scene at 10:40 a.m. Evans also said no injuries were reported.

11:55 a.m. update: The collision has cleared, and traffic has returned to normal, according to TxDOT traffic cameras. It is still unclear what caused the collision.

A collision at the Interstate 35E and Loop 12 North intersecting point in Dallas has caused traffic to reach a standstill, according to Texas Department of Transportation traffic cameras.

Two 18-wheelers can be seen on both sides of the highway. One truck’s tractor unit is facing oncoming traffic. 

First responders can be seen attending to both trucks on the TxDOT cameras. At this time, it’s unclear what caused the collision.

Dallas police did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
