fter a nearly three year’s of fighting on the issue, all debate over the controversial parking garage at First Street and Brown Avenue in Old Town has fallen silent.
The Scottsdale City Council voted 6-1 during it’s July 1 meeting to spend the final $12.5 million necessary to finish the final construction of the garage.
Mayor Lisa Borowsky was the lone vote against it.
