The Erie Downtown Development Corporation (EDDC) and Twisted Elk Brewery are inviting the community to celebrate the grand opening of the new Twisted Elk Outpost in downtown Erie with a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 2 p.m. on July 10. The ceremony will be held at 36 North Park Row in Downtown Erie.

The new location expands Twisted Elk Brewery’s presence beyond its original Lake City brewery, bringing its locally brewed craft beer to customers in downtown Erie and the city’s east side.

The Outpost will feature a rotating selection of Twisted Elk’s craft beers on tap, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy favorites from the brewery without leaving the city. Customers will also be able to purchase beer to go. According to the brewery, every beer served at the downtown location is brewed at its Lake City facility.

The Twisted Elk team describes the new venture as “Lake City brewed, elk approved, and now available downtown,” highlighting its commitment to bringing locally crafted beer to a broader audience.

The grand opening also coincides with Boutique Nights, a free monthly shopping and arts event that begins at 5 p.m. on State Street. Visitors are encouraged to extend their downtown experience by exploring local retailers, pop-up vendors, live entertainment, and other attractions throughout the Flagship City District.

Community members, beer enthusiasts, and downtown supporters are invited to attend the ribbon cutting and help welcome Twisted Elk Outpost to Erie’s growing downtown business community.
