PHOENIX — A man is dead after a collision involving the light rail in Phoenix on Sunday night, authorities said.
Officers with the Phoenix Police Department responded to the area near 19th and Missouri avenues, just south o Bethany Home Road, around 9:15 p.m.
They found an adult male pedestrian seriously injured. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No other injuries were reported from that collision.
