Dallas Central Appraisal District records show the complex was built in 1968.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The property was sold on July 18 to an entity called KDP Villas LLC, according to Dallas County deed records. KDP Villas listed address matches the offices of San Antonio-based Kairoi Residential.
