Through the Alfresco NYC Coalition, RPA has <a href=\"https:\/\/rpa.org\/alfresco-nyc\/outdoor-dining-open-streets-recommendations\" title=\"https:\/\/rpa.org\/alfresco-nyc\/outdoor-dining-open-streets-recommendations\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">long advocated<\/a> for a permanent, predictable outdoor dining program that supports small businesses while recognizing our streets as valuable public spaces that can serve people in many different ways.
