Crews found heavy fire coming from the front and side of the two-story building and battled the flames for nearly two hours before extinguishing them at 1:55 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Four apartment units sustained moderate to significant damage. The displaced residents include 13 adults and 11 children. The American Red Cross was contacted to help with their needs.<\/p>\n<p>DFR investigators said the fire was started by a man in his mid-30s following a domestic dispute. Everyone escaped safely, but the man suffered non-life-threatening upper-body injuries.
