He was later pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators believe the 13-year-old was handling the firearm when the gun went off. He was arrested and charged with manslaughter, and a judge on Monday ordered that he remain in custody. His name has not been released because he is a minor.<\/p>\n<p>Four juveniles were detained at the scene, officials said.
