University of Chicago police are warning students about an armed robbery on the Hyde park campus.<\/p>\n

CHICAGO (WLS) — University of Chicago police are warning students about an armed robbery on the Hyde park campus.<\/p>\n

Police said two suspects walked up to a group of UChicago community members who were walking on the sidewalk near East 55th Street and South Cottage Grove Avenue around 10:15 p.m. Friday.<\/p>\n

One of the suspects pulled out a gun and demanded property from one person, police said. Both suspects then took off on foot.<\/p>\n

No one was hurt.<\/p>\n

Police are investigating and asked anyone with information to call the Chicago Police Department or the University of Chicago Police Department at 123 from a university phone or at 773-702-8181 from other phones.<\/p>\n
