Let\u2019s take a look at a few forgotten pop hits from 1993 that still sound fresh decades later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cOne Woman\u201d by Jade from \u2018Jade To The Max\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tPlay video<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1786839313_677_hqdefault.jpg\" alt=\"Play\"\/><\/p>\n<p>This song is a classic 90s R&amp;B girl group jam, and I\u2019m still surprised that Jade didn\u2019t become bigger throughout the decade. Alas, not every girl group was afforded the fame of <a href=\"https:\/\/americansongwriter.com\/tag\/spice-girls\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Spice Girls<\/a> or Destiny\u2019s Child. Jade deserved better, though, especially considering how contemporary \u201cOne Woman\u201d still sounds today.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tVideos by American Songwriter\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne Woman\u201d by Jade peaked at No. 22 on the Billboard Hot 100 and did just as well on the UK Singles chart.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSend Me A Lover\u201d by Taylor Dayne from \u2018Soul Dancing\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tPlay video<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1786839314_291_hqdefault.jpg\" alt=\"Play\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Taylor Dayne had quite a glossy, sophisticated pop hit on her hands with \u201cSend Me A Lover\u201d. Honestly, listening to it now, this song has the vibe of an adult-oriented pop hit from the early 2000s, rather than the early 1990s. Dayne deserved better, honestly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSend Me A Lover\u201d by Taylor Dayne was only a minor success on the Hot 100, but it did make it all the way to No. 19 on the Adult Contemporary chart in the US.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThat\u2019s What Love Can Do\u201d by Boy Krazy from \u2018Boy Krazy\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tPlay video<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1786839314_252_hqdefault.jpg\" alt=\"Play\"\/><\/p>\n<p>This song by girl group Boy Krazy was originally released in 1991 as the outfit\u2019s debut single. Sadly, it was a bit of a commercial failure, one that just needed to be re-released at the right time. \u201cThat\u2019s What Love Can Do\u201d was reissued in 1993, and it became a pop success. This bright and danceable pop song made it all the way to No. 18 on the Hot 100 the second time around.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIf I Had No Loot\u201d by Tony! Toni! Ton\u00e9! From \u2018Sons Of Soul\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tPlay video<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1786839315_34_hqdefault.jpg\" alt=\"Play\"\/><\/p>\n<p>How about something with a strong R&amp;B flavor?
