The Spurs would pay at least $500 million, the city would pay up to $489 million and the county up to $311 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">Council members will meet at 9 a.m. Aug. 17 in City Council Chambers to discuss putting the city\u2019s share of funding on the ballot, according to the meeting agenda.
