\n\t\u201cThe Challenge<\/a>\u201d two-time winner Tyler Duckworth<\/a> died Tuesday<\/a> in North Dakota, and his fellow contestants are remembering him as a \u201cjoy to be around\u201d with \u201cvibrant energy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tJohnny \u201cBananas\u201d Devenanzio posted a video tribute<\/a> to Duckworth on Instagram on Sunday. The pair started their reality show careers together in their early 20s on \u201cThe Real World: Key West\u201d in 2006. Devenanzio and Duckworth also competed together and won \u201cThe Challenge: Rivals\u201d in 2011. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cYou were more than a friend. More than a roommate,\u201d Devenanzio wrote in the caption of the post. \u201cYou were the brother I never had. Rest easy, Tyler. You\u2019ll always be family.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBrad Fiorenza wrote, \u201cSo grateful we got to see him on this day. Thoughts and prayers to his family. May his amazing soul live on forever in the lives he touched \ud83d\udd4a\ufe0fRIP Tyler.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDerrick Kosinski, who competed on the show and co-hosted the \u201cChallenge Mania\u201d podcast, told People Magazine, \u201cWe shared a room on \u2018All Stars 2\u2019 and he was an amazing human being. His passing is so sad. He was always such a bright light and incredible joy to be around. He also kicked my ass in elimination on the original \u2018Cutthroat.\u2019 And that was after he eliminated Johnny Bananas in the famous Bananas backpack elimination, \u2018Back Up Off Me.\u2019 He went toe to toe with CT for 40 minutes! He doesn\u2019t get his flowers often enough for that. And he won that season. And then won again with Johnny on \u2018Rivals.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTina Barta, a contestant from \u201cRoad Rules: South Pacific\u201d and multiple seasons of \u201cThe Challenge,\u201d wrote, \u201cWe shared an experience that very few people will ever fully understand, and somewhere along the way, it became more than a show or an adventure. It became friendship. It became history. It became family.\u201d<\/p>\n
