In a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/uploads\/filer_public\/9b\/22\/9b22ac64-2faa-493f-8047-4392aa43e7f6\/69-order_granting_pi_072825.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">preliminary injunction issued Monday<\/a>, the judge blocked enforcement of the law nationwide, saying it applied to the dozens of state and local Planned Parenthood member organizations.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-elevate inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmdnamz9r000a3b6numijopys@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            \u201cPatients are likely to suffer adverse health consequences where care is disrupted or unavailable.
