Harrison Ford isn\u2019t hanging up his fedora just yet.<\/p>\n
The Oscar nominee, 84, is set to reprise his role as Indiana Jones in the forthcoming attraction \u201cIndiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent\u201d at Walt Disney World\u2019s Animal Kingdom.<\/p>\n
\u201cHello, D23. Thanks for coming along on all of Indy\u2019s adventures,\u201d Ford said in a pre-recorded message<\/a> played at the fan event. \u201cSoon it\u2019ll be time for his next ride, and I\u2019m pleased to share that, for the first time ever, I\u2019m the actual model of the Indiana Jones animatronic \u2014 fear of snakes included.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m excited for you to see his next epic adventure, and I\u2019m coming to Walt Disney World soon,\u201d he teased.<\/p>\n Harrison Ford announced he is reprising his iconic character Indiana Jones for a new project (as seen here).<\/p>\n The 84-year-old actor will be the \u201cactual model\u201d for an animatronic featured in the forthcoming attraction \u201cIndiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent\u201d at Walt Disney World\u2019s Animal Kingdom.<\/p>\n In Disney Parks\u2019 Instagram post featuring Ford\u2019s announcement, fans flocked to the comments to express their excitement.<\/p>\n \u201cHaving Harrison Ford living forever through this attraction was the best decision \ud83d\udd25\ud83d\udc4f,\u201d one fan gushed, while another praised, \u201cThis makes me tear up knowing his legacy will forever be enshrined \ud83e\udd79.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHarrison, you\u2019re the only Indiana Jones!
