What would you like us to cover? <a href=\"#Section1\">Get in touch<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>Federal environmental regulators have announced a plan to clean up toxic chemicals at a former Sherwin-Williams site in Gibbsboro, New Jersey.\n<\/p>\n<p>For decades, the paint manufacturer dumped burnt paints and solvents, which contaminated local waterways, groundwater and soil \u2014 including on residential properties \u2014 with arsenic, lead and other metals.\n  <\/p>\n<p>The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency added the property <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/archive\/epapages\/newsroom_archive\/newsreleases\/27f6ebb99614bbb385257411005f7f89.html#:~:text=(New%20York%2C%20N.Y.)%20The%20U.S.%20Environmental%20Protection,long%2Dterm%20cleanup%20under%20the%20federal%20Superfund%20program.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to the federal National Priorities List in 2008<\/a>, making it eligible for funding and cleanup under the <a href=\"https:\/\/cumulis.epa.gov\/supercpad\/cursites\/csitinfo.cfm?id=0200516\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Superfund program<\/a>.
