Ipswich sign \u00a350m double deal for Julio Enciso and Abdoul Ouattara <\/p>\n<p>Ispwich have now announced the signings of<strong> Julio Enciso<\/strong> and <strong>Abdoul Ouattara <\/strong>from Strasbourg. Both players played under Gary O\u2019Neil last season at the French club. <\/p>\n<p>Enciso, 22, spent the second half of the 2024-25 season on loan from Brighton, while Ouattara, 20, is a versatile player who can play at full-back or midfield. Enciso is set to sign a five-year contract after the clubs agreed a \u00a330m fee. <\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neill is also set to sign one of his former players from Strasbourg.
