The Maxwell Award<\/a> is one of the most prestigious awards in NCAA football and recognizes the top player in the collegiate ranks.<\/p>\n Five Alabama players have won this award in program history \u2014 AJ McCarron, Derrick Henry, Tua Tagovailoa, DeVonta Smith, and Bryce Young.
