JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 Jacksonville PorchFest will return to Historic Springfield for its 12th annual festival on Saturday, Nov. 7. The free, family-friendly event will feature more than 20 musical performances from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on front porches throughout the neighborhood just north of downtown Jacksonville.<\/p>\n
Pearl Square is returning as the festival\u2019s presenting sponsor, a role it has held since 2014. Proceeds from the event support public art installations in Jacksonville\u2019s urban core, which have previously included murals, sculptures and painted crosswalks.<\/p>\n
The 2026 event will take place in the Southwest Quadrant of Historic Springfield. In addition to music, the festival will feature food trucks, craft beer and art vendors. Organizers noted that headliners and the official band lineup will be announced at a later date, while VIP tickets, which include complimentary food and drinks, are available on the festival\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
Gateway Jax, the developer of the Pearl Square project, is returning as the event\u2019s presenting sponsor. Gateway Jax CEO Bryan Moll noted the company\u2019s involvement with the neighborhood festival.<\/p>\n

Pearl Square is a mixed-use neighborhood project in downtown Jacksonville designed to combine residential, retail, office and public space. The development\u2019s first residential building, Vandeveer, is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026.<\/p>\n
Headliner and band lineup announcements are scheduled to be released on the festival website before the Nov. 7 event. Pearl Square\u2019s Vandeveer residential building will open later this fall.<\/p>\n
