The company is expected to unveil the new-generation medical wearable in September, following the same “launch time” pattern as last year.

Huawei has already scheduled a new global launch event for early next month, and the sudden appearance of the Watch D3 aligns well with the timing of that event.

Based on the promo teaser, the tech giant will likely unveil the Watch GT 7 and GT 7 Pro globally on September 2. However, new global certifications hint that we may see two new Huawei Watch D3 models on the same stage with notable upgrades.

Watch D3 has appeared on an Indonesian SDPPI certification page, confirming its existence. It has two new variants with model numbers RIV-B10 and RIV-B11.

Two different models imply that Huawei could introduce either distinct sizes, straps, colors, or Bluetooth and cellular/eSIM options with the upcoming smartwatch.

Both medical wearable models received their certificates last week, and the new certification listings point out that the official announcement of the Watch D3 is on the horizon. Perhaps Huawei can introduce it on September 2.

Apart from the model numbers and brand name, the latest listing doesn’t reveal any other information about the upcoming medical wearable for the time being.

Watch D3 will debut as the successor to the Watch D2. Last year, the company made significant changes to the smartwatch’s design, dropping the bulky appearance.

Huawei has plenty of room to surprise us with its new Watch models this time. Smaller design updates, new health features, and better fitness management are all likely, but we will have to wait until September 2 to know more key parameters.

Huawei Watch D3 has now appeared on a global certification database with two new models.
