(WMC) &#8211; Friday Football Fever is back for the 2026 season. Tennessee schools across the Memphis metro area began their quest for a gold ball in scorching hot temperatures under Friday night lights.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Our Game of the Week featured one of the best rivalries in the area: The Battle for Germantown. A new season also represents a new era for the Red Devils, as former Ridgeway head coach Duron Sutton takes over in the same position at Germantown.
