In January, Starr released a country-flavored studio album titled <a href=\"https:\/\/strm.to\/LookUp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Look Up<\/a> that was produced by <a href=\"https:\/\/americansongwriter.com\/tag\/t-bone-burnett\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T Bone Burnett<\/a>. The multi-talented and Grammy-winning Burnett also wrote or co-wrote nearly all of the tracks on the album.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americansongwriter.com\/recap-ringo-starrs-star-studded-peace-and-love-birthday-gathering-featuring-jackson-browne-molly-tuttle-more\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">[RELATED: Recap: Ringo Starr\u2019s Star-Studded \u201cPeace and Love\u201d Birthday Gathering, Featuring Jackson Browne, Molly Tuttle, &amp; More]<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the update, Ringo revealed, \u201cI\u2019m in the studio here now doing another album with T Bone. Thank you, Lord. Woo. Yeah.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cGet ready for the next album, Look Up Two. Starr then chuckled and said, \u201cIt won\u2019t be called that, I don\u2019t think.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Interspersed with Starr\u2019s comments was footage of Ringo in his home studio chatting with Burnett and playing the drums.<\/p>\n<p>Starr Also Thanked Fans Who Took Part in His Recent Birthday Celebration<\/p>\n<p>Starr began his message by sending out his traditional \u201cpeace and love\u201d greeting to fans. He then thanked everyone who took part in the latest installment of his \u201cPeace and Love\u201d birthday celebration on July 7, which marked his 85th birthday.<\/p>\n<p>As previously reported, Ringo was on hand for a star-studded gathering that took place at Beverly Gardens Park in Beverly Hills, California. The event was emceed by Burnett, and featured special performances by Jackson Browne, Molly Tuttle, Lucius, and others.<\/p>\n<p>Starr and some family members and famous friends then took the stage, and Ringo led the crowd in a chant of \u201cpeace and love\u201d at noon local time. A birthday cake was then brought out to cap off the festivities.<\/p>\n<p>The celebration was livestreamed on Starr\u2019s social media pages. Special \u201cPeace and Love\u201d gathering also were held in more than 30 other locations around the world. As is tradition, Ringo asks fans to think or say \u201cpeace and love\u201d on July 7 at noon wherever they are in the world.<\/p>\n<p>In his new video message, Starr said, \u201cI just want to thank everybody for the 7\/7 at noon [on] my birthday, the \u2018Peace and Love\u2019 moment. \u2026 Just the support we\u2019ve had from all of you has been great.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Footage of various fan celebrations, as well as the Beverly Hills gathering also appeared in the update.<\/p>\n<p>About Starr\u2019s Upcoming Tour Dates<\/p>\n<p>The first leg of Starr\u2019s 2025 U.S. tour with the All Starr Band took place in mid-to-late June.<\/p>\n<p>A second leg is scheduled to run from a September 10 show in Chicago through a September 27 performance in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas gig is part of a six-date residency at the Venetian Theatre. Starr\u2019s other Vegas concerts are scheduled for September 17, 19, 20, 24, and 26.<\/p>\n<p>In the video message, Ringo tells fans \u201cI\u2019m on tour \u2026 in September, and I hope to see some of you there.\u201d The video also features behind-the-scenes footage of Starr and the band, as well as some performance clips. It includes a snippet of Ringo singing the title track to Look Up.<\/p>\n<p>Starr ends the update by saying, \u201cI just wanted to say, \u2018Hi,\u2019 and, you know, here I am, peace and loving. I send you all peace and love. \u2026 Bye!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More About Look Up<\/p>\n<p>As previously reported, Look Up, which was released January 10, was Starr\u2019s first full-length album in more than five years.<\/p>\n<p>The 11-track collection was produced by Burnett, who wrote or co-wrote nine of the songs. Starr, meanwhile, teamed up with his longtime studio engineer, Bruce Sugar, to co-write the closing track, \u201cThankful,\u201d which features guest vocals by lauded country\/bluegrass artist Alison Krauss.<\/p>\n<p>Look Up also features several other guest artists, including Tuttle, Lucius, Billy Strings, and Larkin Poe. In addition, Starr\u2019s brother-in-law, Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh, contributed slide guitar to song called \u201cRosetta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ringo celebrated Look Up\u2019s release with a pair of special, star-studded concerts at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
