NBC New York<\/p>\n<p>The mom of four was a teacher and math coordinator at the Hebrew Academy of the Five Towns and Rockaway, while her husband, Matthew, is president of Irving Place Minyan Modern Orthodox synagogue in Woodmere.<\/p>\n<p>Tributes were paid to Rahmani under a community <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100068255204864\/posts\/allison-rahmani-a-jewish-teacher-and-mother-of-four-died-after-losing-control-of\/1535161992102293\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Facebook post<\/a> sharing the news.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTragic! She was the most amazing person. I can\u2019t believe she\u2019s gone,\u201d one user wrote.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlways a smile, a friendly chat. Baruch dayan ha\u2019emet [Blessed is the true judge], &amp; condolences to her family,\u201d added another.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe was a LIGHT that shined from the minute she walked in til the minute she left. Always appreciative and kind to us all. She will be missed,\u201d wrote a third.<\/p>\n<p>The incident remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
