\n\tNetflix<\/a> has assembled the cast for its 6-part limited series Pride and Prejudice, based on the classic Jane Austen novel, which has started production in the UK.<\/p>\n

\n\tRufus Sewell<\/a> <\/strong>(The Diplomat) will star as the wise patriarch Mr Bennet. Cast as Bennet sisters are Freya Mavor<\/a><\/strong> (Industry) as Jane, Heartstopper\u2018s Rhea Norwood<\/strong> as Lydia and newcomers Hollie Avery<\/strong> and Hopey Parish<\/strong> in their debut roles as Kitty and Mary, respectively. Louis Partridge<\/strong> (Disclaimer) will take on the scheming Mr Wickham, with Jamie Demetriou<\/strong> (Stath Lets Flats) as the pompous Mr Collins, Fiona Shaw<\/strong> (Killing Eve) as the fearsome Lady Catherine de Bourg, Daryl McCormack<\/strong> (Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery) as Jane\u2019s beloved Mr Bingley and Siena Kelly<\/strong> (Black Mirror) as his sister Caroline. <\/p>\n

\n\tThey join previous cast leads Emma Corrin as Elizabeth Bennet, Jack Lowden as Mr. Darcy and Olivia Colman as Mrs. Bennet. <\/p>\n

\n\tTo mark the start of production, Netflix has released a first-look photo of Mrs Bennet and her five daughters. (You can see it above). <\/p>\n
