The soft opening will have a beer burro and tequila donkey serving the studio\u2019s signature drink, The Hundred, in honor of the 100th opening. Other attractions include a balloon artist and converted Volkswagen vans offering beer and champagne, the release states.<\/p>\n<p>BODYBAR is a franchised, boutique brand that started in Texas and offers small-group reformer Pilates classes, according to its website. The classes are led by Pilates instructors and focus on exercises that build strength and stamina. All expertise levels, including beginners, are welcome to the classes.<\/p>\n<p>First-time franchise owner Shay Werkheiser will operate the Presidio studio. She started going to BODYBAR as she got into Pilates exercise classes and decided to open her own studio after her daughters got older.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBODYBAR has given me the resources and support to feel empowered stepping into business ownership,\u201d she said. \u201cFor me, this experience is about building a community where members feel stronger, healthier and connected.
