(WIBW) &#8211; Kansas health officials are asking people who recently attended the Axtell Days Festival to complete a survey after reports of salmonella cases. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to a social media post from the Marshall Co. Health Department (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/19RrvTvXWf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/19RrvTvXWf\/\">MCHD<\/a>), it and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) are investigating an outbreak of salmonella infections among people who attended the Axtell Days Festival from Aug. 6 to Aug. 9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">MCHD officials are asking anyone who attended the festival to complete a survey, even if you didn\u2019t feel ill. The survey will assist officials find the source and scope of illness.
