Chip Somedevilla, a photographer at Getty Images, spoke to FOX Weather Meteorologist Bayne Froney about the art of taking photos of one of the coolest phenomenas in space.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><strong>THE TAKEAWAY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">A partial lunar eclipse will occur from Aug. 27 to 28.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">Around 3.3 billion people will be able to experience the event.<\/li>\n<li data-v-2519e4fa=\"\">The moon will turn a coppery color during the earlier phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Yet another celestial event will dazzle the sky this week as a partial lunar <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fxw_weather-news_article_main-content_article-body_2_2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/solar-eclipse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">eclipse<\/a> becomes visible across much of North and <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fxw_weather-news_article_main-content_article-body_2_3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/south-america\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">South America<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Starting on the night of Aug. 27 and continuing into Aug. 28 for some locations, the full <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fxw_weather-news_article_main-content_article-body_2_4\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/category\/moon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">moon<\/a> will slip through <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fxw_weather-news_article_main-content_article-body_2_5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/earth-space\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Earth&#8217;s<\/a> shadow, creating a partial lunar eclipse.<\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\"><a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fxw_weather-news_article_main-content_article-body_2_6\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/lifestyle\/national-park-week-begins-us-110th-birthday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>NATIONAL PARK WEEK KICKS OFF AS NATIONAL PARK SERVICE PREPARES TO CELEBRATE 110 YEARS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">&#8220;At maximum eclipse, about 93% of the moon&#8217;s diameter will be inside <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fxw_weather-news_article_main-content_article-body_2_7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxweather.com\/earth-space\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Earth&#8217;s<\/a> dark central shadow, called the umbra,&#8221;
