<\/p>\nTwo cars were involved in a rollover crash that sent 10 people to the hospital in South Whittier on Sunday night, authorities said. <\/p>\n
Three of the 10 patients that the Los Angeles County Fire Department took to the hospital were in critical condition, and four had minor injuries, said Pauline McGee, a spokesperson for the department. Conditions of the remaining three patients were unknown. <\/p>\n
McGee did not say how many of the injured were in each vehicle or what caused the crash at Telegraph Road and Biella Way. <\/p>\n
The Fire Department was dispatched at 9:11 p.m. and arrived at the collision site four minutes later. <\/p>\n
The department notified the local public works agency of some damage, but McGee could not say what exactly was damaged or what the extent was. <\/p>\n
Footage of the collision showed a fully overturned Ford Focus near to a road median surrounded by debris and glass shards. The other vehicle in the crash, a white Chevrolet, was lying on its side off the road and might have collided with a fence. <\/p>\n
McGee referred questions about arrests to the L.A. County Sheriff\u2019s Department. A spokesperson for the Sheriff\u2019s Department redirected questions to the Norwalk Sheriff\u2019s Station, which was not available to comment on the incident on Monday evening.<\/p>\n
