According to an arrest affidavit, Aiden Jacob Rodriguez told investigators he tripped over a dumbbell while carrying the child and fell on the baby\u2019s leg.<\/p>\n<p>Medical staff determined the injuries were consistent with child abuse and did not match Rodriguez\u2019s account, according to the affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>Rodriguez was arrested on a charge of intentional injury to a child and was given a $75,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities said additional charges are being considered.<\/p>\n<p>More about:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Handcuffs on black background with red and blue color tones flairs.
