Often used by people who work remotely, it is a place where people can work, hold meetings, make phone calls and work in a quiet space. Some of its amenities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24\/7 access<\/li>\n<li>Wi-Fi<\/li>\n<li>Coffee, tea and snacks<\/li>\n<li>Workspace with different environments for quiet work or collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Phone booths for calls<\/li>\n<li>Meeting rooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It also allows members to access other locations and bring guests for free. Membership is $129 per month or $100 per month for an annual membership.<\/p>\n<p>Houston has a location in Montrose and a second in the East End set to open at the end of August. Bellaire will be the Houston area\u2019s third location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026025312\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/a>, the 3,990-square-foot space is being remodeled for the work club. Construction is expected to be completed by early September.<\/p>\n<p>The estimated cost for the work is $62,000.
