SOUTH JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) \u2014 A Philadelphia man has been arrested and charged for allegedly trying to meet up for sex with children in Mount Laurel.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
New Jersey State Police said 27-year-old Nazim Torres of Philadelphia self-identified as a \u201cpedo\u201d in text messages with an undercover officer.<\/p>\n
Investigators said Torres eventually agreed to pay the undercover officer $200 for sex with two kids, and he was arrested at the hotel in Mount Laurel where they agreed to meet.<\/p>\n
New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport said the state will use every tool available to track down people who target and abuse children.<\/p>\n
Torres faces a long list of charges, including first-degree conspiracy to commit human trafficking of a child, second-degree attempted promoting prostitution of a child and two counts of second-degree attempted aggravated sexual assault.
