A pair of exhibits open Tuesday at the start of a new season of fine art at Montgomery County Community College\u2019s Blue Bell and Pottstown campuses. The Montco Cultural Center in Blue Bell will host the Montgomery County Guild of Professional Artists 30th Anniversary Exhibition through Sept. 26 in the Fine Arts Center Gallery, 340 DeKalb Pike.
