This list is not comprehensive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Upcoming projects<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lakeshore subdivision drainage improvements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project: <\/strong>Storm sewer and inlet additions will be installed along Elm Shores Drive in the Lakeshore subdivision. The project aims to increase drainage capacity and reduce flood risk throughout the neighborhood.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update: <\/strong>Construction is expected to begin in September, said Jeannie Peng, communications manager for Harris County Precinct 3, in an Aug. 18 email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timeline:<\/strong> third quarter 2026-fourth quarter 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost: <\/strong>$350,000<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funding source: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pct3.com\/Services\/Infrastructure\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Harris County Precinct 3<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>West Lake Houston Parkway traffic lights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project: <\/strong>Traffic lights will be rebuilt at five intersections along West Lake Houston Parkway, including at Kings River Drive\/Kings Lake Estates Boulevard, Upper Lake Drive, Firesign Drive, Pine Cup Drive and Lonesome Woods Trail.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update:<\/strong> The design phase has been completed for this project, and construction is pending funding, Peng said.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timeline:<\/strong> TBD<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost: <\/strong>$2 million<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funding source:<\/strong> Harris County Precinct 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Will Clayton Parkway sidewalk<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project: <\/strong>A sidewalk will be constructed along Will Clayton Parkway between Tabor Brook Drive and Garbit Drive. The project aims to enhance pedestrian mobility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update: <\/strong>Previously expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, utility conflicts delayed construction of this project, Peng said.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timeline: <\/strong>TBD<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost: <\/strong>$400,000<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funding source:<\/strong> Harris County Precinct 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ongoing projects<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Timber Forest Drive, Greens Road traffic light <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project: <\/strong>A new traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Timber Forest Drive and Greens Road.
