Hine, and every Thursday I will answer those questions and more in New York Look, a newsletter devoted to men\u2019s style and fashion.<\/p>\n

New York has always reported on how we dress. The name of this newsletter is a reference to Look, a special issue published three times between 2007 and 2008 about the rites and rituals of the collections season: the designers, models, critics, and, of course, the clothes that were flying off the catwalks and into Barneys.<\/p>\n

I have covered the fashion industry for a decade, but I\u2019m the first writer in the magazine\u2019s history dedicated to the men\u2019s style beat. I will be reporting from New York and beyond \u2014 the international Fashion Week circuit, the art fairs and film festivals where stylish guys gather, the bars to be seen at, and the line around the block of that neighborhood shop. The newsletter launches ahead of a new stand-alone print issue on men\u2019s style that\u2019ll be on newsstands September 28.<\/p>\n

Whether you collect archival Raf Simons or are still trying to figure out if your jeans should be skinny or baggy, New York Look will help you decode what men are wearing and why and will take you inside the menswear industry with its main characters and the latest trends and obsessions. There will be regular conversations with designers, models, actors, and even the occasional Knick, plus party reports and shopping tips.<\/p>\n
