WWE Hall of Fame star Goldberg returned to Raw<\/a> this week and set up a world title match against GUNTHER for July 12 at Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event in Atlanta, Georgia.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been widely assumed this is Goldberg\u2019s retirement match, and his new shirt on WWE Shop even has \u201cGoldberg\u2019s Last Ride\u201d written on it. However, Goldberg never said it\u2019s his final match during his return promo. That left the door open for fantasy bookers to at least consider the idea of Goldberg beating GUNTHER and winning the gold in his hometown, before losing it to someone else later on.<\/p>\n

That possibility is no longer on the table, because WWE\u2019s press release<\/a> today on ticket sales for the July 12 weekend specifically uses the phrase \u201cGoldberg\u2019s final match.\u201d<\/p>\n

June 20, 2025 \u2013 WWE\u00ae, part of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), today announced that individual event tickets for Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event\u00ae on Saturday, July 12 \u2013 headlined by Goldberg\u2019s final match versus WWE World Heavyweight champion GUNTHER \u2013 and Evolution\u00ae on Sunday, July 13, in Atlanta will go on sale starting Wednesday, June 25 at 10am ET\/7am PT via Ticketmaster.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Individual event tickets will go on sale starting Friday, June 27 at 10am ET\/7am PT via Ticketmaster.com. Presale for individual event tickets will begin Wednesday, June 25 at 10am ET\/7am PT.<\/p>\n

As a part of WWE\u2019s weekend takeover in Atlanta, State Farm Arena will host the NBC primetime special Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event on Saturday, July 12 and Evolution \u2013 the groundbreaking all-women\u2019s Premium Live Event which originally debuted in 2018 \u2013 on Sunday, July 13. Additionally, The Great American Bash\u00ae will emanate from Center Stage Theater \u2013 formerly the home of WCW Saturday Night \u2013 on Saturday, July 12, prior to Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event.<\/p>\n

Two-day combo ticket packages for Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event and Evolution are still available via Ticketmaster.com. Additionally, individual tickets for The Great American Bash are still available via Ticketmaster.com.<\/p>\n
