Officers responded shortly after midnight to the crash near Interstate 10 East<\/p>\n

SAN ANTONIO<\/strong> \u2013 A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run crash Saturday, according to San Antonio police.<\/p>\n

Police said the motorcyclist, a 56-year-old man, was traveling eastbound when he collided with another vehicle around midnight on Interstate 10.<\/p>\n

The other driver did not stop to render aid, according to police. <\/p>\n

It is unclear whether that driver will face charges. SAPD said the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
