Iran tried to kill, to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2026\/8\/25\/israels-netanyahu-claims-iran-tried-to-kill-one-of-his-sons\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">murder one of my sons<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8\">Yair Netanyahu, who was constantly accompanied by an Israeli security team, was ordered to leave the area immediately, Newsmax reported. He left without taking his personal belongings and returned directly to Israel.<\/p>\n<p>Netanyahu\u2019s eldest son has lived in Florida for several years, where his \u201creportedly luxurious lifestyle and the state-funded security provided to him repeatedly drew public attention in Israel\u201d, reported The Times of Israel.<\/p>\n<p>His continued residency in the US after the Hamas-led October 7, 2023 attacks on Israel provoked criticism from many Israelis.
