{"id":1035945,"date":"2026-09-01T00:43:11","date_gmt":"2026-09-01T00:43:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/1035945\/"},"modified":"2026-09-01T00:43:11","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T00:43:11","slug":"jaime-pressly-kicked-out-of-california-hotel-after-alleged-disturbance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/1035945\/","title":{"rendered":"Jaime Pressly kicked out of California hotel after alleged disturbance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jaime Pressly was reportedly booted from a California hotel Thursday after allegedly exhibiting erratic behavior, swearing, and putting her hands on another guest.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/08\/31\/jaime-pressly-kicked-out-of-san-jose-hotel-after-unusual-behavior\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">According to TMZ<\/a>, the \u201cMy Name Is Earl\u201d star was asked to leave the Signia by Hilton San Jose days before a scheduled appearance at \u201cGalaxyCon\u201d after hotel guests complained of her talking loudly on her phone, dropping F-bombs and drinking alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses claimed Pressly appeared to be under the influence as she spoke on the phone and was approached by security guards multiple times before ultimately leaving.<\/p>\n<p>Jaime Pressly was reportedly asked to leave a San Jose hotel Thursday after an incident. TMZ<\/p>\n<p>Pressly, seen above at the hotel, allegedly touched the arm of a wedding attendee on Thursday before security intervened, per TMZ. TMZ<\/p>\n<p>According to the outlet, Pressly initially ignored two security guards when they approached her, continuing her 30 minute phone call and holding up a finger to indicate she wasn\u2019t finished.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses reported hearing Pressly say during the call, \u201cMommy loves you,\u201d as well as, \u201cYou are the best husband I have ever divorced and you are good to our kids.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pressly was previously married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, with whom she shares twin boys, and has another son from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n<p>After hanging up, Pressly allegedly approached a woman attending a wedding at the hotel, touched her arm and complained about the security guards.<\/p>\n<p>Hotel guests reportedly complained of her talking loudly on her phone, dropping F-bombs and drinking alcohol, according to TMZ.
