Melanie Moreno<\/a> is giving her relationship with Sincere Rhea ten; she\u2019s just taking it day by day. At the Love Island USA reunion<\/a> on Monday night, she explained her status with Sincere and what their relationship has been like outside the villa. \u201cWe are not boyfriend and girlfriend,\u201d she told Andy Cohen. \u201cWe are kind of just seeing what happens in the outside world.\u201d When asked if she trusts Sincere, Melanie took a long pause before explaining that he\u2019s slowly earning her trust back. \u201cI think he\u2019s building that trust,\u201d she continued. \u201cI think we\u2019re building it. We\u2019re seeing how it goes.\u201d Sincere added that because they met in an unconventional way, it makes moving forward completely different than other relationships. \u201cWe\u2019re on the same exact page as far as, you know, being \u2014 it\u2019s not like we met each other at a bar,\u201d he shared. \u201cBeing able to just take it slow and really get to understand each other outside of here.\u201d<\/p>\n When the islanders first got their phones back while in Fiji, Melanie had a video call with her sister in an unseen clip. Stephany questioned why Melanie would want to continue a relationship with Sincere after all the pain she\u2019s been through. \u201cWe\u2019re not leaving him in the villa?\u201d Stephany asked. \u201cWe\u2019re leaving the door open. We\u2019re just figuring it out,\u201d Melanie defended. If she were to leave Sincere, she wants it to be her own decision and not influenced by other people.
