Investigators said a cybertip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led police to Richard Billingsley, 21. Authorities said he used Roblox to contact three out-of-state children, then moved conversations to Discord and coerced them into sending child sexual abuse material. The victims were ages 12 and 13, according to prosecutors.
