Her route of movement within the community is 2 1/2 miles, where she finds water and people most likely feed her, and she was not consistent, making it much more time-consuming and difficult. Not to mention we are 1 hour away from Studio City.”

The organization said it “does not normally have the resources to go into the field. Wendy brought together a few organizations that were instrumental and focused on her well-being, moving all of us closer to getting her help. She has antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds on board. The community was feeding her from what we could tell canned cat food and cut up hotdog which seemed to be what she liked and the only thing she could eat because of her condition so we continued with that but then we also added raw ground up chicken, cut up rat innards and some liver. And she seems pretty comfortable on her cozy blanket.”

The society asked the public to “Please keep Wendy in your prayers; we want a happy ending to this story.”

[27
3425,276,16055,962,746,224,6080,50,39410,159,40893,52,67,132,68,837
post-1037723","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-wildlife","tag-animals","tag-california","tag-california-news","tag-coyotes","tag-environment","tag-los-angeles","tag-los-angeles-county","tag-news","tag-san-fernando-valley","tag-science","tag-studio-city","tag-top-stories","tag-united-states","tag-unitedstates","tag-us","tag-wildlife
["GET
